Project Discussions And Proposals
A workflow audit, discovery call, or website enquiry does not create a binding project agreement. Any paid work will be governed by a written proposal, scope, commercial terms, and any applicable agreement accepted by both parties.
AI Outputs And Business Decisions
AI systems can assist with reading, flagging, summarising, routing, and recommending actions. Important business, legal, financial, HR, or operational decisions should be reviewed by responsible humans before action.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Glitch AI Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, reusable code, workflows, and know-how. Client-owned data and materials remain the property of the client.
